By accessing or using our website and services, including purchasing readymade and custom-made furniture (“Living-room and Dining-room), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. By doing so, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Readymade Furniture: Available as advertised on our website, subject to stock availability.
Custom-Made Furniture: Designed and manufactured according to specifications agreed with the customer. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, sizes, and images, but slight variations in materials, finishes, or colors may occur.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in British Pounds and include/exclude applicable taxes.
Payment must be made in full (or as otherwise agreed for custom projects) before order processing begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors in pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed before order confirmation.
Customers must ensure that delivery access (doorways, staircases, lifts) is suitable for the ordered furniture. Additional charges may apply for failed or rescheduled deliveries.
Readymade Furniture: Returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply.
Custom-Made Furniture: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 05 days for replacement or repair.
We provide a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and improper maintenance are not covered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Viennese Interiors Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
