- General Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights under UK law when buying from Viennese Interiors Limited. It applies to both readymade and custom-made furniture purchased online, by phone, or in-store.
- Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- As described
- Fit for their intended purpose
If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
- Readymade Furniture – Right to Cancel
For most readymade furniture purchased online or over the phone, you have a 05-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery.
During this period, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost but not any upgraded delivery services.
- Custom-Made & Bespoke Furniture
The 05-day cooling-off period does not apply to furniture that is made to your specifications, customised, or personalised.
Once production has begun, orders for custom-made furniture cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is defective or not made in accordance with the agreed specification.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the following rights:
Within 05 days of delivery: You can reject the goods and receive a full refund.
Within 15 days of delivery: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is unsuccessful, you may request a refund.
After 15 days: You may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if the fault was present at the time of delivery.
Please notify us of any issues as soon as possible by emailing support@vienneseinteriors.co.uk with your order details and photographs where applicable.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as mattresses, bedding, and upholstered goods that have been unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Refund Processing
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
If we arrange collection of faulty or incorrect goods, no return costs will apply.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
